A smart House jewellery in Vancouver
When Joe Walters bought his Vancouver home, there was a broken car on the lawn in front of the House and “you could see the sky through the rotted roof”, here he says.
But Walters, the founder of Radec group, a company that built houses and manages commercial projects, and his wife Karla, took time to build the House in the spirit of the Midcentury – style. “No unnecessary or excessive, just trendy. Only a good design”says Walters.
The eco-friendly materials gave a fresh atmosphere to the space and the new home automation has reduced energy consumption and integrates the entertainment, lighting, air conditioning and safety systems to the needs of the owner through their smartphones and tablets. You could say the House has now become a real jewel! For the neighborhood!
