The strawberries are washed, cut into pieces and mixed together with the milk and honey in the blender. Then fill a tall glass with the mixture and add another 50 ml of mineral water without gas.

Having lunch:

Strawberry asparagus salad – 300 grams of asparagus, 150 grams of strawberries, 100 grams of cucumber, 100 grams of cooked turkey, 6 tablespoons of chicken broth, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley, 20 grams of cedar nuts. The saprels are then cleaned, freed from woody ends, cut into pieces, boiled in salted water for about 5 to 8 minutes and then allowed to drain. The strawberries and cucumber are cleaned and cut into thin slices. The turkey meat is cut into strips. For the dressing, mix all the liquid ingredients together. When the asparagus are cold, mix them with the strawberries and cucumber. Over it are given the salad dressing and the parsley. Finally, the pear nuts and you can start to enjoy the salad.

Afternoon snack:

Strawberry yogurt – 150 g strawberries, 75 g low-fat yoghurt (1.5%), 1/2 teaspoon honey, 2 SL cornflakes. Mix together yogurt and honey. Wash strawberries and cut into halves or quarters. Mix them together with the cornflakes and pour over the yoghurt.

Dinner:

Potato salad with strawberries – 300 g of potatoes, 1/2 onion, 2 to 3 celery stalks, 100 g of strawberries, 50 g of salted cottage cheese, 50 g of low-fat yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash the potatoes and cook with the skin. Onion and celery are cut into small pieces and the strawberries are diced. Mix the quark, yoghurt, parsley and lemon juice, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add onions, strawberries and celery and stir. Peel potatoes and cut roughly. Serve with quark yoghurt strawberry sauce.

# Day 2

Breakfast:

Slice of bread with strawberries – 150 grams of strawberries, 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 50 grams of cottage cheese (20% fat). Wash, dab and halve strawberries. Spread slices of bread with quark and garnish with the strawberries.

Second breakfast:

Exotic cocktail – 150 g strawberries, 50 g low-fat yoghurt, 100 ml pineapple juice. Wash strawberries, cut and puree. Mix with yoghurt and pineapple juice and serve.

Having lunch:

Pancakes with strawberries – 100 ml low-fat milk, 1 tsp honey, 1 egg, 50 g flour, pinch of salt, 200 g strawberries, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp apple juice, 50 g applesauce. Mix egg, milk and honey. Add the flour together with the salt afterwards. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. From this, fry two thin pancakes in a coated pan without fat. Then wash strawberries, cut and mix with lemon juice. Mix applesauce and apple juice and warm slightly. Add strawberries and garnish pancakes with the mixture.

Afternoon buffet:

strawberry drink – 150 g strawberries, 150 ml milk whey, 1 tsp honey. Wash and cut strawberries. Mix together with whey and honey in the blender and immediately drink.

Dinner:

Green salad with strawberries – 200 g green salad, 1/2 yellow pepper, 1 tomato, 100 g strawberries, 30 g yoghurt (1.5% fat), 2 tbsp low-fat cottage cheese, 15 ml lemon juice, ground white pepper, salt, 2 rusks. Wash the lettuce, drain and cut into strips. Just wash the peppers, seeds and cut into strips. Slice the tomato into pieces and strawberries. Mix the quark, yoghurt, lemon juice and 1 tbsp. Water and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything and stir carefully with the sauce. It is served with the rusks.

# Day 3

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with strawberries – 150 g strawberries, 1/2 banana, 2 tbsp oatmeal, 50 ml milk whey, 100 g low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tbsp apple juice. Half of the strawberries are mixed together with the whey and the apple juice in the blender. Mix these with the quark. Cut banana and remaining strawberries into pieces. Add oatmeal and quark mixture. Mix everything and enjoy.

Late Breakfast:

Strawberry yogurt drink – 150 g strawberries, 150 ml creamy-stirred yoghurt, 1 tsp honey. All ingredients are blended in the blender, transferred to a glass and drunk.

lunch:

Fish on strawberries – 100 g cod fillet, 150 g strawberries, 100 g green salad, 1/2 onion, 20 ml lemon juice, 20 ml olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple juice, a pinch of mustard, pepper and salt. Wash the lettuce, drain and cut into strips. Wash strawberries and slice. Cut the onion into thin rings. Season the washed and diced fish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Fry on both sides in a pan with half of the oil. Mix remaining lemon juice with 1 tbsp water, mustard, apple juice, remaining olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Put the green salad, strawberries and onions on the serving plate, pour over the dressing and add the fish.

Effective diet with strawberries

Marinated strawberries – 300 g strawberries, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 50 g low-fat yoghurt. Wash strawberries and cut into halves or quarters. Mix the lemon juice with the honey and 2 tablespoons of water. Pour the fruit over the mixture and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Put on the yoghurt and serve.

Dinner:

Strawberry salad according to the following recipe – 100 g of carrots, 100 g of paprika, 100 g of celery, 100 g of strawberries, 50 g of yoghurt (1.5%), 50 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 5 ml of lemon juice, 5 ml of apple juice, salt and pepper. Wash the strawberries, puree and mix with the cottage cheese and yoghurt. Add lemon and apple juice, salt and pepper. Wash the vegetables. Slice the peppers into strips, celery and grate carrots. Mix everything and add the sauce.
