Breaded cauliflower with milk sauce
The following ingredients are enough for 5 to 6 servings:
- 1 cauliflower about 1.5 kilograms in florets separately
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 small onion (not more than 1 tbsp)
- 2 parsley sprigs, finely chopped
- 1 teacup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- pinch of sugar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of Parmesan
- 1 teacup of oil
Cauliflower Recipe: Let the oil get hot
After you have washed the cauliflower, put the florets in a pot with enough water to cover them. Bring to settle, turn down the temperature and let boil covered for about 8 to 10 minutes. Empty the water immediately and let it aside.
In one bowl mix the yolks with the spices and in another the breadcrumbs and parmesan.
After the cauliflower is drained, roll the florets first in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in preheated oil.

Prepare the milk sauce:
All you have to do here is to cut and mix the ingredients: 1 teacup of yogurt, 1 leek, 1 lemon zest, 2 garlic cloves (chopped), 1 teaspoon of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
