Are you one of those people who prefer homemade cosmetics with natural ingredients? We promise you, you will fall in love with every recipe for face peeling that we present today, fall in love.
The exfoliant is a cosmetic product that can eliminate dead skin cells. It can be applied on face, neck and décolleté… and actually on the whole body. Our recipe ideas are easy to prepare, contain no chemicals and are inexpensive. They are good for both the face and the whole body.
Just remember that the exfoliation may be used 2 to 3 times a week, always on cleansed skin.
1. Make face peeling by yourself with sugar
1 tbsp white sugar is mixed with 1 to 2 drops of water and 1 to 2 drops of Jojoba oil. Stir well and apply some of it to the facial skin. With light and massaging movements you spread on the whole face. Wash after a few minutes and dry the face with a cloth.
2. Facial peeling with coconut oil
The coconut oil is a wonderful ingredient for skincare. Add 1 tbsp of sugar to the same amount of coconut oil and stir well. Apply the devoted peeling on the face, neck and décolleté, massage lightly and wash with lukewarm water.
You can prepare a larger amount of this and store it in a jar or an old cream jar in the refrigerator.
3. Olive oil, lemon and honey scrub
This exfoliation hydrates the skin. Because of the lemon juice it has a light whitening effect and helps to balance the complexion. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey and half a lemon juice.
4. Oatmeal and honey
This may remind you of your favorite diet breakfast. The combination of oatmeal and honey brings some benefits to your body skin. 1/2 cup of oatmeal is mixed with 2 tablespoons of honey, 15 drops of lavender oil and 15 drops of jojoba oil. Stir well and apply to previously cleansed skin.
5. Peeling with green tea
1 teacup white sugar is mixed with 3/4 teacup coconut oil and 2 sachets of green tea. You already have a refreshing facial peel. The green tea cleanses and refreshes the skin while the coconut oil nourishes it without fats.
6. Facial scrub with vanilla fragrance
Mix 1 teacup of sugar with 3/4 teacup of coconut oil, 1 vanilla pod and 1 teaspoon of vitamin E. Stir ingredients and use twice a week. The coconut oil along with the vitamin E will do wonders for your skin.
7. Coffee facial peeling
The coffee is an ideal ingredient for cleansing the skin and helps for a radiant face. Mix 3 tbsp coffee grounds with 1 tbsp olive or coconut oil and 1 tbsp brown sugar. The application is again with slightly massaging movements.
8. Salt peeling with strawberries and almond oil
Allows you to balance the face stone and get pigmentation spots under control. Puree 5 large strawberries with the juice of half a lime, mix with 1 teaspoon almond oil and 4 tablespoons salt. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
9. Scrub with rice, honey and lemon juice
Mix 3 tablespoons of finely ground rice with 1 tablespoon honey and half a lemon juice. Stir well and apply to the face. Make sure that the rice is well ground so as not to injure your skin.
10. Turmeric and soda
Although turmeric discolors everything it comes in contact with, it also has many health benefits to the skin. It nourishes the skin and makes it radiant. 1 tsp turmeric is mixed with 2 tbsp coconut oil and 2 tsp soda. Use this exfoliation only in the evening because of the strong coloring properties of turmeric.
